With over 40 years in the IT industry, our founder and CEO, Debra Logan, has a background that bridges the gap between deep technical roots and the human aspects of executive leadership. From her early days developing AI-driven intelligent tutoring systems, to a 25-year tenure as an executive advisor at Gartner, she has helped thousands of clients navigate complex professional and technical issues. Her experience provided a unique vantage point on corporate operations and the interpersonal needs of professionals. As the idea of Logan Advisory Services became more concrete, she brought together other advisors, Galina Datskovsky, Kristi Perdue, and Trina Requena. Each has their own area of expertise to help a wide range of clients reach their full potential. Together, they provide tailored advising, continued support, and decades of experience.
